San Lorenzo 2003 Part 1 San Lorenzo 2003 Part 1
The ruins of San Lorenzo sit on what used to be Fort Sherman at the mouth of the Rio Chagres. They were sacked by Henry Morgan on his way to sack Panama Viejo in 1671. I was really amazed at the restoration that had been done to the ruins since I left in 1999. I really must say I am sorry for posting so may pics but I guess San Lorenzo holds an especially precious piece of my heart and I could not delete as many pics as I had done to other pictures I have posted. There are two parts of the pics I posted. This is part 1. Part 2 can be reached here. If you have any questions of the content of the pics please feel free to e-mail me for more information. Enjoy!
